Gibraltar Airport is the only airport in the world which has runway crossing the express Highway. The vehicles must cross the runway, to drive from Gibraltar to Spain. Every time a plane is due to land or take off, traffic stops for an incomparable show with roaring sound effects and special barriers on two sides.
