Earth's core temperature is estimated to be 5,400 degrees Celsius (9,800 degrees Fahrenheit), and oddly enough Sun's *surface* temperature is 5,400 degrees Celsius (9,800 degrees Fahrenheit). They're about the same temperature.However the Sun's core temperature is estimated to be 15,000,000 degrees Celsius (27,000,000 degrees Fahrenheit), that is 2,777 times hotter than Earth's core temperature
