Jyoti amge, just 62.8cm tall, is named the world’s shortest woman by Guinness World Records as she celebrates her 18th birthday in central India. Jyoti is shorter than the average two-year-old. Guinness representatives visiting from London measured her at a ceremony attended by about 30 relatives and friends in the town of Nagpur in Maharashtra state.
